I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located across the street from the Staples Center and close to great restaurants and shopping. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining options felt a bit pricey, and I wish the service was more attentive. Overall, it was a good value for money considering the amenities and location.
